Mentoring, Dramaturgy & Outside Eye

Ray is available as a mentor for emerging artists looking for support to develop a sustainable career as a freelance artist. Ray can also provide support as a dramaturg and outside eye on the devising process in the rehearsal room.

Ray has recently worked with artists Jamal Gerald, Mika Onyx Johnson, Louisa Robbins , Finlay Carroll, Subira Joy & Princess Bestman.

Discussion & Consultation

Ray is available to speak on panel discussions & forums or take part in organisation’s consultation processes on equality, inclusion & diversity in the arts. Previous topics Ray has spoken about include: race, class, queerness, neurodivergence & tackling discrimination & under representation in the arts.
